MTJ PUBLISHING END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By placing an order with MTJ Publishing you are certifying that you are an adult, 18 years of age or older, and are lawfully entitled to receive adult publications.

You are purchasing a single-user license for each publication that you order. Each publication is the copyright of MTJ Publishing, and may not be stored, reproduced, transferred or resold by any means, except as follows...

1. One copy of each publication ordered may be downloaded and stored on your personal computer. You may transfer the publication from one computer to another computer belonging to you and within your own household.

2. You may print out and retain ONE printed copy of the Publication. This printed copy may not be photocopied or reproduced in any form. Under no circumstances may it be resold.

3. You agree that by ordering any MTJ Publishing e-publication, you are consuming the product. You agree that you understand the consumable nature of the product and the principle that once a product is consumed no refund either

in part or in whole will be made to you by MTJ Publishing.
