It’s Kim’s freshman year in college, and - lucky her! - she gets to room with two sorority sisters, older
girls who are eager to show her the ropes. Unfortunately, “showing her the ropes” in this case involves bondage and laughter, as Kasey and
Kelly tie the new girl to her bed and treat her bare feet to hours of tickle-torture.
In a desperate bid to appease her tormentors, Kim begins telling tales of other female tickle-victims: a
burglary victim who gets a licking, a society girl feigning paralysis who gets a ticklish come-uppance at the hands of her maid, and a
barefoot spy with a most unfortunate weakness. Will the girls take pity on their room-mate, or will her stories and soft soles inspire
them to even more sadistic acts of toe-torture?
